Photobooth

2024 spring Fundraiser for The Riverside Arts Center (RAC)

On May 24, 2024, the Riverside Arts Center and A&A Studios hosted a sold out evening for RAC’s spring fundraiser, Photobooth. We showcased the magnificent creative work of Riverside's Andrea and Anthony Vizzari, proprietors of A&A Studios, a multifaceted creative studio dedicated to preserving the beauty of vintage photo booths and the legacy of analog photography.

Over seventy guests had the opportunity to step inside a selection of vintage photobooths, tour a photography lab, and view an extensive collection of antique photos. They enjoyed wine, cocktails, and delicious small bites from Lagniappe Beverage, Owen's Craft Mixers, and Stella’s while bidding on exciting art and themed silent auction items from A&A Studios, Ballyhoo Hospitality, The Book Table, Paul D’Amato, Edith Farnsworth House, Ale Alverez Visual, Brasero, Michelangelo Sabatino and Kim Freeark.

The support from the attendees and our sponsors played a significant role in raising over $7,000 to sustain RAC's programs this spring! Thank you for standing alongside us as an advocate for the arts' vital role in nurturing the community. Donors like you enable RAC to continue our programs and exhibitions and foster creativity and the arts in our local, west suburban, and greater Chicago communities.

Thank you to our Shutter level sponsor, Division 32: our Tripod level sponsors Black Book Studios, Reflector Lab, Riverside Bank, Rory & Partners, and Streeting Design; and our In-Kind sponsors A&A Studios, Ale Alvarez Visual, Ballyhoo Hospitality,, Brasero, Paul D’Amato, Edith Farnsworth House, Kim Freeark, G&M Home Renovation, Doina Iacob, Lagniape Beverage, Owens Craft Mixers, Rankin Photography, Michelangelo Sabatino, Stella’s, and The Book Table; and the RAC volunteers, Board, staff, and Photobooth co-chairs Kendra Curry-Khanna and Mike Aieta.
